ENGINEER/ Sr.ENGINEER/ DEPUTY MANAGER - INSTRUMENTATION

Location : Koppal, Karnataka
Qualification and Experience:
1) Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation technology(Grade: 60% Minimum)
2)Engineer- Degree 3-4 Years/Diploma 5-6 Years/Sr. Engineer Degree- 5-6 Years/Diploma 8-9 Years/Deputy Manager/Degree- 8-10 Years/Diploma- 10-12 Years.
3)Skill Sets: Good analytical ability, familiar with S7 ladder logic programming, SIMATIC WinCC
Responsibilities:
1)Commisioning & trouble shooting of field instruments like RTD, Thermocouples, flow, pressure, level transmitters,load cells.
2)Commisioning & trouble shooting of PID controllers, pnumatic, electric actuators & valves.
3)Familiar with calibration of Load cells, wieghing feeders, batching controllers,
4)Familiar with calibration of flow, pressure & temperature transmitters.
5)Hands on experience in commisioning & trouble shooting of Siemens S7 300/ 400 PLC, able to design SCADA, & execute the programming of PLC as per the process requirement.
5)Familiar with various communication protocols like profibus, RS 485, Devicenet, Ethernet etc.

GENERAL MANAGER- PELLET PRODUCTION

Location : Koppal, Karnataka
Qualification and Experience:
1) Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering(Grade: 60% minimum) with a minimum of 15 years experience with sound knowledge of his area of discipline and cross functional areas.
2) Experience in project maintenance of static and rotary equipment/ Machinery.
Responsibilities:
1)The overall responsibility for production and operation management of the department to ensure a balanced budget for the completion of the annual plan business objectives and tasks.
2)Implementing the "people-oriented, safety first, quality first, the environment first" management thinking, constantly enhancing the system construction, strengthening the basic management to achieve safe, clean and civilized production.
3)In order to improve staff quality and make them adapt to market competition and development, new training programs for them should be continuously implemented.
4)Continued to propose and implement management innovation, technological innovation, enhance the management level, to promote technology progress, achieving the main technical and economic indicators in mid-progress, and maintaining industry-leading target.
5)Instituting the recent implementation plans and long-term development plan of the department.

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER- PELLET PRODUCTION PROCESS

Qualification and Experience:
Engineers in the respective discipline(Grade: 60% minimum) with atleast 10-13 Years Experience having sound knowledge and hands on experience in the Iron Ore processing /steel industry with ability to bring best out of the team shall be ideal for this position.
Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for the production management in the production department under the leadership of the general manager, in accordance with the "people-oriented, three first" mentality, to ensure the completion of the annual plan budget for the technical and economic indicators in production.
2)Responsible for the audit, enforcement and inspection of the month, quarter, annual production plan and the submitted reports, material and thematic reports of the department.
3)Responsible for controlling the production consumption indicators to ensure the completion of the budget plan in the production cost.
4)Responsible for controlling the quality of the raw materials into the factory to ensure that they meet the production process and technical specifications requirements.
5)Responsible for safety management, safety inspections, risk management and evaluation work to achieve security management objectives.
6)Responsible for the production technology and production process improvements in the management of innovation and implementation, continuously improve to reach the first column of the domestic counterparts.
7)Under the leadership of the general manager, responsible for the labor and personnel management and economic accountability assessment management of the production department.
8)Responsible for audit check work of the bulk raw materials, fuel and the settlement of the other production costs to ensure that the interests of the production department will not be harmed.
9)Responsible for the completion of the temporary work assigned by the company or the general manager.

MANAGER - COORDINATION
Code : MG-CO
Location : Koppal, Karnataka
Qualification and Experience:
Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering(Grade: 60% minimum) with minimum 8 Years of experience in production coordination in a process based Industry preferably in a Iron ore /Steel processing Industry.
Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for production coordination and external contacts regarding production matters to ensure stable production.
2)Assist the department to complete the year-round, monthly production and operation plans, do a good job about daily production inspection and supervision work.
3)Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff in the dispatch room to ensure that the role of the production command center could be fully brought into play.
4)In order to understand the condition of the production and equipment operation, daily in-depth on-site is needed. And identify problems in time to solve.
5)Responsible for organizing the day to day meeting, and inform to the meeting the situation of the production and equipment and existing problems, arrange the work of the same day to ensure the completion of the production and operation plans.
6)Responsible for the accountability assessment methods of the dispatching room and do well in dispatcher management.
7)For daily fluctuations in production and temporary equipment failure appeared daily, coordinating with relevant units and solving problems must be done timely and seriously.
8)The valuable suggestions for the daily occurrence of downtime and large fluctuations in the production must be proposed.
9)The whole year economic and technical indicators of production, technological innovation and the promotion of new technologies must be done well.

DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER-MECHANICAL
Code : DYM-MEC
Location : Koppal, Karnataka
Qualification and experience:
1. Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering(Grade: 60% minimum), with 5-10 years of experience.
2. To assist in planning, executing & coordinating.
3. To monitor & control quality of fabrication, erection, installation of equipment - levels, dimensions, alignments, quality of welding & other parameters.
4. To monitor & control progress.
5. To report progress, exceptions/deviations etc on day-to-day basis.
6. To co-ordinate with contractors, To observe safe working conditions.
7. Prompt and accurate preparation of Board and other committee agenda papers.
8. Skill Sets: AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE EXCEL & WORD, POWER POINT.
9. Others: Experience in Pellet plant / Sinter plant is preferred.
Work Description
1)The position is to assist HOD-Mechanical.
2)The main functions are to monitor & control on-going activities pertaining to structural fabrication & erection, installation of equipment.
3)To assist in Planning, execution, co-ordination & budgets.
4)To prepare Schedules, quality plan, safety plan.
5)To assist in reviewing the progress.
